Both renders are HairGlam output. In the app the shade lands on your photo instead.

Where dark copper leans brown, this leans red, and the difference shows most in shade rather than in sunlight. It reads as a proper redhead color from across a room, with the orange sitting behind the red instead of in front of it. Red is the fastest-fading pigment family and copper red is no exception: it drops around half a shade inside a month and goes lighter and more orange as it wears.

  • Undertonewarm. Strong warmth in the red suits golden, peachy and freckled skin, and it brings color into fair complexions that can look drained beside a cooler shade.
  • Starting pointLight and mid-brown hair takes it directly; anything darker than a level five needs lifting first or the red will not be seen at all.
  • UpkeepKeep a red-depositing conditioner in rotation and plan a refresh every four to six weeks, since this family loses intensity faster than any other.

Try it before the bleach

Color is the expensive mistake to get wrong. Put Copper Red against your own skin tone first.
