Magenta holds intensity longer than a straight pink because it carries purple pigment underneath, which keeps it from washing directly to peach. It flashes close to neon in daylight and calms down to a deep fuchsia under warm indoor bulbs. The fade path runs magenta to bubblegum to pale rose, and the tail of that can look uneven wherever the bleach underneath was not consistent.
