The bangs are taken from a shallow triangle at the front, then thinned and point cut so the ends separate and a little scalp shows between them. They should land around the middle of the brow, shortening a tall forehead without shading the eyes. Behind them the cut stays short and tapered at the sides and nape. Bangs grow faster in visible terms than anything else, so the front dictates the schedule.
